As We Flow is the first coliving concept in North Sardinia, situated above the crystal-clear Mediterranean sea in the Costa Smeralda area near Porto Cervo. Founded by a couple passionate about yoga and climbing, it offers a cozy hub for cooperation, connection, and creation — where the wild beauty of nature meets the warmth of community. The coliving is intentionally small and intimate, hosting no more than 7 people at a time, which allows for meaningful connections and a peaceful, silent work context. The mission is to facilitate the reconnection of individuals with nature, guiding them into a state of flow where they feel an innate harmony with the universe. Once that initial connection is made, something magical happens: people connect with one another spontaneously, exchanging stories and forging stronger bonds. The serene environment encourages a genuine, unmasked expression of self.
Community rituals include weekly family dinners, weekend hikes, yoga classes, home workouts, and outdoor excursions — all designed to keep everyone feeling strong, inspired, and connected.
After years of traveling, Lorenzo and Nairi made the decision to open As We Flow — the first coliving concept in North Sardinia. Their vision was to create a place that brings peace and inspiration while offering all the comforts of a true home: seamless remote work with good Wi-Fi, a warm community, and daily inspiration from breathtaking sea views.
As We Flow was born out of their deep love for yoga and climbing. Despite their differences, these two practices share a common thread: the concept of flow — the constant movement of energy encountered in life. This state of flow, where passion meets courage, became the inspiration for the project.
Following deep research, Sardinia emerged as their ideal destination. A haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers, rooted in a strong culture and community, and complemented by amazing cuisine, Sardinia's magic embraced them deeply — and they hope it will do the same for every guest.
As We Flow is nestled on a green hilltop just north of Porto Cervo, in the heart of the Costa Smeralda area of north-east Sardinia, within the wild Gallura region. The house sits above the crystal-clear Mediterranean waters, with panoramic sea views stretching to the horizon and pink sunsets every evening.
The immediate surroundings are characterised by the typical macchia mediterranea — lush Mediterranean scrubland, dramatic granite rock formations, and unspoiled coastline. Cala Granu beach is a short walk away, and the well-known Cala del Faro is reachable in about 15 minutes on foot. The area is the northernmost and most upscale corner of the island, with luxury hotels and international restaurants, but it is described by guests as incredibly quiet, especially outside peak season.
Guests consistently note the peaceful, remote feel of the location: "a quiet place close to the beach" and "wonderfully quiet area of the island (off season)." Arzachena town is a 15-minute drive away, and charming Sardinian villages such as Luogosanto, Santa Teresa di Gallura, Aggius, Castelsardo, and Tempio Pausania are all within reach for day trips.
