    About NomadUnion

The BIOTiful Villa offers a retreat-style coliving experience on the French Riviera, featuring a spacious villa surrounded by nature and upscale homes near a charming medieval village and Antibes. The property provides a lush garden with pool, terrace, BBQ, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness corner, and massage chair, combining private and shared accommodations for both comfort and community.

    Origin story

Manuel and Giedre created NomadUnion out of their shared love for meaningful connections, inspiring surroundings and the lifestyle of digital nomadism and remote work. After years of bouncing between coliving spaces across the world and spending extended time working remotely on the French Riviera, they realized this region is an incredible place for digital nomads. They wanted to take all the things they loved most and create something of their own.

This is a passion project, not a faceless business. They spend part of the year living on-site and hosting guests themselves, and the rest of the time they're still traveling, sometimes nomading themselves. But no matter where they are, they stay closely connected to the community and the space.

    Community philosophy

NomadUnion focuses on creating community-first coliving where meaningful connections are intentionally designed experiences. The space emphasizes building a real home where work, nature, and community come together, rather than just offering a place to stay.

    Key elements include:

    • In-house community with minimum one-month stays to foster deeper connections
    • Regular community-driven activities including trips, events, and shared experiences
    • Cozy common spaces designed for casual connection and spontaneous conversation
    • Shared meals and community dinners as powerful ways to connect
    • English-speaking community that actively chooses to engage, respect each other, and co-create the experience
    • Weekly community grocery shopping and collaborative living

The philosophy centers on creating spaces that feel like home even when far from it, where residents share responsibility for building the community experience together.

    Hosts

I'm Manuel, techie by day, handyman by passion.

Years ago, I studied here in the South of France, and after becoming a digital nomad, I found myself coming back year after year to work, relax, and reconnect with the Mediterranean lifestyle I fell in love with.

Eventually, it felt like the natural place to build something of our own.

I'm usually the one fixing things around the house or improving the space bit by bit.

In my free time, you'll find me playing football or out on a stand-up paddleboard.

I'm Giedre, a remote marketing professional and long-time digital nomad.

For over three years, I've been living and working in different coliving spaces around the world.

What always inspired me most was the sense of community that can emerge in the right environment. That's my passion: building a space where people feel at ease, supported, and connected.

I also love practicing yoga and spending time outdoors, especially when we can grab the paddleboard and head to the sea!
