How to get to Swiss Escape from the nearest transportation hubs:
50% deposit required at booking to confirm the reservation. Invoices are issued upon booking confirmation after the deposit payment.
A damage deposit may be requested prior to arrival. The amount and payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. Any unused portion will be refunded after a full property inspection following departure.
Remaining 50% payment must be made no later than 90 days before the arrival date. Note: if booking is made via card payment, 100% of the amount must be paid at the time of booking.
If the client cancels more than two months (60+ days) before the arrival date, a 50% refund of the amount paid will be made, subject to any administrative fees.
If the client cancels less than two months (fewer than 60 days) before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the client arrives and decides to leave earlier than expected, fails to show up, or cancels the booking after the arrival date, the full payment is required (no refund).
