At the beginning of the 1960s, Sarah's grandparents, Franz & Mathilde, founded a small hotel in the village of Tesimo, South Tyrol. It was the time when guests booked a room by writing a letter. Everything worked a little bit more slowly, however, everything was a little bit more personal. They had guests from all over the world who shared their accommodation for almost 40 years. After years of success, the hotel was closed and remained so for 20 years.

How to get to franz&mathilde from the nearest transportation hubs:
50% deposit of the total booking fee is due within 5 days after booking inquiry, paid by bank transfer. The booking is reserved for one week and confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before the arrival date, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refundable.
If you arrive at the premises and choose to leave earlier than planned, full payment will be required.
Remaining balance (50%) including all costs incurred during the stay is due on the day of departure.
