Community
All homes are connected as one community. A community manager keeps the energy flowing and helps guests feel at home. Guests co-create a rhythm of focus and connection. Weekly events are co-created with everyone's ideas, alongside spontaneous plans. Examples include campfire nights, movie nights, hikes, mountain barbecues, hot springs trips and a dog rescue event. In the family home, Ivan, the father, shares stories and homemade rakia or juice, and meals come from the on-site Mehana restaurant, homemade by the chef-host. The year-round community also takes part in the Bansko Nomad Fest.

How it started
The Bansko coliving grew out of a partnership with a local family. Adriana and her parents welcome guests into their family home, and the 1872 protected Heritage Home, which once housed generations of locals, opened its doors to the community.
