We offer several room types (prices per person, single use unless noted):

Double Room – Private Bathroom (Room 01 – Gerânio / Room 02 – Magnólia): €550/week, €1,990/4 weeks; shared: €350/week pp

Twin Room – Shared Bathroom (Room 05 – Azálea / Room 10 – Malva): €400/week, €1,500/4 weeks; shared: €300/week pp

Twin Room – Shared Bathroom (Room 08 – Protea): €450/week, €1,700/4 weeks; shared: €350/week pp

BunkBed Room – Shared Bathroom (Room 06 – Camélia): €375/week, €1,400/4 weeks; shared: €250/week pp

Double Room – Shared Bathroom (Room 09 – Novelo / Room 04 – Jasmim): €450/week, €1,700–1,800/4 weeks; shared: €350/week pp

Lux Room – Shared Bathroom (Room 07 – Girassol): €450/week, €1,700/4 weeks; shared: €350/week pp

All rooms include a desk, ergonomic chair, high-speed WiFi, towels, bed linen, and access to community activities. Optional monitors available for a small fee.

A deposit of minimum 65% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than upon arrival. If full payment is not received on time, Homeoffice Madeira reserves the right to cancel the booking. If the remaining payment is not received by the agreed deadline, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited and the room may be reassigned.

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following fees apply:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: 50% of the total amount due
• Up to 2 months before arrival: 65% of the total amount due
• From 2 months before arrival until arrival day: 100% of the total amount due

The relevant deadline is based on the first day of the booked stay (e.g., for an arrival on April 1st, February 1st is the key date for the 100% charge). We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. More details: worldnomads.com.

We have high-speed fiber optic internet with download and upload speeds of over 350 Mbps (as of March 25).

Each bedroom comes with:

• A comfortable ergonomic office chair
• A full-size desk
• An optional personal monitor/cables available for a small fee

You can also choose from various shared workspaces:

• Large communal tables in the lounge
• Quiet garden corners and balconies with full WiFi and power
• A dedicated Deep Work Space for focus or video calls (with noise-cancelling headphones)

Our 400 square meter villa (Quinta do Cabeço Alto) includes:

• Multiple rooms and 4 bathrooms
• Large community area for co-working
• Huge 5,000 square meter palm garden
• Hammocks, table tennis, and terrace
• Large kitchen and dining area
• Multiple indoor and outdoor workspaces
• WiFi and electricity access in garden and balcony areas

Yes, optional monitors are available for a small fee, along with cables.

Our villa is located in Santo da Serra, 9100-249 Santa Cruz, Madeira Island — just 15 minutes from FNC Madeira Airport. The full address is: Caminho do Cabeço Alto, Ribeira João Gonçalves, Santo António da Serra.

The easiest way to get here is by taxi from the airport (€17.50).

We have rental cars that are shared by everyone if necessary. So far, 99% of guests have made use of it. Even without a driver's license, you don't have to worry — drivers are always found in the house.

Our philosophy is "Everything can, nothing must." Guests live together like in a shared apartment, creating a relaxed and stress-free environment. We believe in real community instead of digital anonymity — everything is possible, but nothing is expected. You decide how much you want to share.

We offer joint activities such as:

• Group picnics and discovering hidden gems of Madeira

Outdoor activities on the island include hiking, surfing, paragliding, canyoning, and mountain biking.

All residents agree to:

• Be respectful and considerate towards other guests, residents, and hosts
• Provide a copy of their photo ID (passport or national ID card) in advance
• Be financially responsible for any damage or loss caused by themselves or their visitors
• Leave the accommodation in the same condition as it was at the beginning of their stay

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

A workation is a combination of work and vacation — you work remotely while incorporating leisure time. It's like working from home, but from a vacation spot instead of your living room. Our coliving space is designed for remote work with all the technology and infrastructure needed for productive work, while you enjoy island life in Madeira.

Yes, we strongly recommend that guests take out suitable travel insurance. The stay is at your own risk, and Homeoffice Madeira assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, health issues, or loss/theft of property.
