How it started

The name 'IKIGAI' (ee-key-guy) comes from a Japanese concept meaning a reason to live, primarily associated with the town of Okinawa, home to the longest-living people on earth. The people of Okinawa live according to Ikigai principles — an intersection between four distinct elements.
