That's something hard to answer. We have space for up to 22 people, but the average of colivers is around 16.

We love kids! But unfortunately, because of the work environment and the configuration of the common areas, we believe that Anceu is not very well suited for children.

Subject to a small contribution fee:

• Laundry/dryer: 3 euros per load (2 euros for washing machine, 1 euro for dryer). Cleaning products included.
• Sodas, beer, ice creams and wine in the shared fridge

Anceu has 1 Gbps (1000 Mbps) symmetric fiber optic internet — one of the fastest connections of any coliving in Spain. The connection is reliable for video calls, large file uploads, and multiple devices. We have backup connectivity in case of outages.

Yes. Anceu is designed specifically for remote workers and digital nomads. We offer:

– Multiple coworking spaces (quiet focus room, social workspace, outdoor desks)

– Ergonomic chairs and adjustable desks

– 1 Gbps fiber internet

– Quiet hours policy during work hours

– Private rooms with desks for video calls

Most of our guests work full-time remote jobs or run their own businesses.

We include coffee, tea, and bread for your morning breakfast.

Lunch is self-organized, as it's very hard for us to manage everyone's schedules. We organize common dinners.

If you bring your own car, there is a supermarket 10 minutes away from the coliving. In case you don't feel like driving, or you don't own a car, we do online groceries once a week.

On those groceries, we do both communal dinners and private groceries.

A car is not compulsory at Anceu Coliving. We usually have around 30% of the colivers with a car, so we always figure out a way.

Also, we have 4 cars at the coliving from team members, and the groceries are done online. No need for a car here, just come, work, and enjoy time with our amazing community.

The prices are per night and the minimum stay is 15 days, with a maximum stay of 60 days. Discounts apply for longer stays (-30% for stays longer than 30 days). There are 2 pricing periods: high season (June 1st to September 30th) and low season (March 1st to May 31st, and October 1st to November 30th).

Price is for single occupancy. If 2 people stay in the room, we add 15 EUR/day to the base rate. Long stay discounts also apply to double occupancy.

Bookings shorter than 15 days are not allowed in the booking system. In case you can't stay the 15 days, please send us an email explaining the situation, and if we have availability we'll try to figure it out.

The stays in Anceu Coliving can go from 15 days up to 60 days.

We understand rotation is very important for the community. We try to balance the group as much as possible according to the people's profiles. Because of it, we've developed a form to balance out.

You pay your first 15 nights when you make your booking online. The rest, along with other extras like drinks/laundries, is paid at the end of your stay (or monthly if you stay more than 1 month). Payments can be made on site by card or through wire transfer.

Cancellation policy

Because of regulations, bookings are not refundable. In case you have had an emergency and you can't attend, please contact us and we'll find a solution that benefits both sides.

If you own your own car, just follow the directions in Google Maps and we'll welcome you with lots of smiles and good energy. If you want to come by public transportation, we'll pick you up in Ponte Caldelas on your arrival.
