Our centrally located apartment is situated in the heart of Nice at 22 BD Dubouchage, 06000 Nice, France. It's in one of Nice's most sought-after neighborhoods, just steps away from cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and local shops. The beach is only 10 minutes away, and the main station just 13 minutes—making it easy to explore both the city and the wider Côte d'Azur.

The City Apartment offers a mix of private and shared rooms, all named after nearby neighborhoods:

Private Rooms:

• Mont Boron: 18m² private room with shared bathroom, individual AC, queen size bed (160x200cm)
• Port Lympia: 13m² private room with shared bathroom, individual AC, double bed long (140x200cm)
• Chateau: 11m² private room with balcony, shared bathroom, individual AC, double bed long (140x200cm)
• Promenade: 11m² private room with shared bathroom, individual AC, double bed long (140x200cm)
• Massena: 29m² private room with shared bathroom, sofa, individual AC, king size bed (180x200cm)

Shared Rooms:

• Old Nice: 9m² shared twin room with shared bathroom, individual AC, 2 single beds (90x200cm)

All rooms have individual AC and share bathrooms with a maximum of 4 rooms per bathroom.

The minimum stay requirement for The City Apartment is one month. This creates a more intimate community environment and allows residents to truly settle in and form meaningful connections with fellow nomads.

For a second person, we charge an addition of only 10€ per night.

The City Apartment creates a smaller, more intimate community with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Inside, you'll find a mix of private and shared rooms with comfortable shared bathrooms. It's designed for digital nomads and remote workers who want to be part of a vibrant community while having easy access to Nice's city life, cafés, restaurants, and cultural attractions.
