About Nomadico Coliving - Mallorca

Nomadico Mallorca — known as Esteve's Home — is set in the village of Búger in the rural, northern part of the island. With two buildings (one for living, one for working), a large garden, pool, and a pet peacock, it offers a grounded, nature-immersed base for digital nomads. Surrounded by mountains, trees, and sea breeze, it blends authentic Balearic life with a genuine sense of community.

Origin story

Nomadico was founded in October 2022 after founder Bill fell in love with Madeira at a local guesthouse — it had everything except a community of nomads, so he built one. The model that emerged teams up with local businesses, often outside of peak season, to turn underutilized spaces into vibrant colivings.

For Mallorca, Nomadico partnered with Esteve and Ana, proud locals from Búger, whose property — surrounded by gardens, animals, and Esteve's essential oils — became the coliving's home. Their oasis blends nature, creativity, and genuine hospitality, turning a family farmstead into a global hub where remote workers can connect, create, and explore.

Community philosophy

Nomadico's guiding principle is to "Build Community With People, Not For People" — shaping the experience together with guests rather than imposing it upon them.

At the Mallorca home, community life follows a slow, familiar rhythm: mornings begin with gentle movement or coffee under the sun; afternoons flow between creative work and island adventures; evenings often turn into long dinners, deep talks, or music by candlelight. The sense of family feels genuine — everyone helps make it home.

A live-in community manager organises hikes, dinners, and adventures, while the community itself shapes the experience. Core values across the network are local impact, sustainability, and adventure.
