Nomadico Mallorca (Esteve's Home) is set in Búger, a small, tranquil village tucked in the northern part of Mallorca, surrounded by gardens, mountains, and nature. The property itself sits amid farmland owned by the local host family, with a natural reserve — Fonts Ufanes — and the Puig de Santa Magdalena mountain right nearby. The village has a quiet, genuine Balearic character far removed from the touristy coastal resorts.
Guests consistently describe the area as peaceful and quiet, with a slow, village-like rhythm. The location is roughly central-north on the island: Palma, the capital, is about 30 minutes by car, and Alcúdia (with its beaches) is about 20 minutes away. The charming villages of Deià and Valldemossa are also reachable for day trips.
Búger itself is a small but lively local village: it's home to a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, café, bar, and local restaurant — all within a short walk. The bakery Forn Can Rafel is world-renowned for its ensaïmada, a traditional Mallorcan pastry.
