Nomadico was founded in October 2022 after founder Bill fell in love with Madeira at a local guesthouse — it had everything except a community of nomads, so he built one. The model that emerged teams up with local businesses, often outside of peak season, to turn underutilized spaces into vibrant colivings.
For Mallorca, Nomadico partnered with Esteve and Ana, proud locals from Búger, whose property — surrounded by gardens, animals, and Esteve's essential oils — became the coliving's home.
