Blue Paradise Coliving is a coliving space located in the Ifara residential neighbourhood of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Tenerife. It offers more than just a place to stay — it's a space where you can grow, work, and relax within a supportive community. The villa features panoramic views of the city and the sea, which you can enjoy from its 600 m² garden and terraces.

Blue Paradise Coliving was founded and is managed by Selene, a Tenerife native who spent 7 years living as a digital nomad across Germany, England, France, and Switzerland. Inspired by the coliving concept she discovered in Switzerland, she returned to her roots and opened Blue Paradise Coliving to share that sense of community and shared growth.

The coliving has 7 private rooms (suites), with a total capacity of 13 guests. All rooms come with a private bathroom.

We are located in the Ifara residential neighbourhood in Santa Cruz de Tenerife — a paradise between the sea, the mountains, and the city. The villa is easily accessible on foot, by public transport (bus stop 85–140 m away), or by private vehicle with free parking in our private garage.

Yes! We offer a Coworking Pass for external visitors who are not staying at the coliving. It includes access to both coworking spaces (Sea Views and Indoors), the garden, trampoline, pool (when available), and filtered water and coffee.

Bookings are made via WhatsApp. Note that coliving residents have priority for the Sea Views coworking space.

Common areas are cleaned twice a week by professional staff. Private rooms and bathrooms are delivered clean and must be returned clean. During your stay, you can request a room cleaning service for €26, which includes cleaning, washing and ironing bed linen, towel replacement, and toilet paper replenishment.

Yes, there is a free private garage available exclusively for coliving residents.

Yes, all rooms and common areas have strong Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6) and Ethernet connections included.

The villa is easily accessible by public transport. The nearest bus stops are just 85 m and 140 m away. Bus line 912 runs every 30 minutes during peak hours (every hour on Sundays). A taxi from the city centre to the coliving costs approximately €7.
