Casa Netural Gorizia is located on Via Rastello, the city's first street dating back to the 14th century, just steps from the historic 11th-century Gorizia Castle and the main square. Once the main commercial axis of the city with its artisans and merchants' shops, Via Rastello is now a place between past and future where historic shops are flanked by new commercial and functional spaces — clothing stores, footwear shops, bookshops, crafts, and restaurants.
The neighborhood is described by guests as very central and quiet, with supermarkets, grocery stores, and shops of all kinds within walking distance. Gorizia sits right on the border with Slovenia, making it easy to visit the twin city of Nova Gorica — also named European Capital of Culture 2025 — just a few kilometres away. The broader region of Collio Isontino offers panoramic landscapes, vineyards, wineries, castles, and agritourisms. Not far from the coliving is the Garden of Azaleas, featuring 500 varieties of azaleas and hundreds of rare roses, rhododendrons, camellias and magnolias.
