It blends coliving, retreat, and mastermind traditions — nature's connection, surf, deep work, and well-being — with a gym, infrared sauna, yoga space, and fast Wi-Fi throughout.
Três Bandeiras is a Coliving Residency where co-living, retreat, and mastermind meet: coliving brings proximity to a like-minded community and shared living, a retreat brings an intentional container and depth, and a mastermind brings peer-level exchange focused on the work. Três Bandeiras began as a search for a place that offered a vibrant entrepreneurial community, a strong connection to nature, and proximity to the ocean — a place its founders weren't sure existed yet. Having found it in Ericeira, they listened and built what they were looking for: a home where well-being, inspiration, surf, and focus come together.
It is conceived not as a finished product but as a "regenerative living lab" — a place lived, refined, and always evolving together with each resident who arrives, and was awarded a winner at the 2025 Coliving Awards for the residency model it is building toward.
Casa Três Bandeiras sits on a hilltop in the green hills just outside of Ericeira, in the village of Carvoeira. The house enjoys picturesque views of Ericeira across the valley, with the ocean visible in the distance.
