All our locations are located in the Sotavento Algarvio and close to all means of transport. For example, from POMAR base (na serra):

For basic necessities, you'll find a “mini mercado” 2 km from POMAR Base.

For bigger groceries, you have the following supermarkets at less than 10 min by car:

• Intermarché at 9 kilometers in Moncarapacho
• Don't miss Olhao's local market – Monday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. – fresh and local fruits, vegetables, meat and fish!

At POMAR, we offer you to do your groceries before your arrival to ease your stay. All we need is a list and you will find your fridge stacked when you arrive (don't forget to check this option when you make your reservation).

In addition to this option, we organize a weekly car trip to one of the supermarkets to allow you to do your groceries.

POMAR Base

Our coliving is just 15 minutes walking from the center of Estoi and its Portuguese bar, which will serve excellent Tosta Mista, beers and Gin Tonics!

You can also go to Faro or Olhao for more options. You can find all recommendations by POMAR in our welcome kit.

Coliving is a new form of hybrid hosting. This is a housing offer adapted to digital nomads, remote workers and businesses.

At POMAR, this means that guests come temporarily to live, work, and discover a community sharing the same state of mind.

Because we only offer private rooms, POMAR offers a combination of privacy and community. You can expect to share the house with up to 10 other people.

In addition, your hosts are always there to take care of the shared spaces, answer all your questions and help you have the best possible stay.

Sure! Our double beds can be separated into 2 single beds of 90cm. We recommend that you share your room with your partner or a very good friend / colleague.

Note: prices are based on the number of people per room. We do not offer a booking service for shared rooms like a hostel could do. You will have to find your roommate on your own.

The common areas are cleaned twice a week and daily cleaning is provided by your hosts.

If you stay more than 7 days, we make your room and renew your household linen (sheets and towels) on a weekly basis.

We offer day access passes starting from 15 euros per day with decreasing subscription prices.

Our place of life is equipped to accommodate 8 residents and up to 12 people during the day. Remember to book your access to POMAR in advance.

We are equipped with a professional fiber broadband with a download rate greater than 500 Mb/s and an upload speed greater than 250 Mb/s. All common, private and outdoor areas are covered by our wifi.

In addition, we have equipped the coworking with ethernet sockets for our colivers who need a more powerful connection.

In addition to private spaces, POMAR has plenty of space inside or outside, ideal for your conference calls.

We offer all the basic equipment necessary for individual or group work:

• Broadband internet (FTTH)
• Offices in private spaces and co-working
• Ergonomic chairs
• Whiteboard / flip chart (on request)
• Computer screens

The Algarve enjoys a beautiful Indian summer and a very mild start to the year (300 days of sunshine per year!). Promising many outdoor activities.

You can experience some of the many beaches, explore the old town and the surrounding villages, go hiking, sailing or surfing or even play golf. The region also has beautiful cellars and traditional festivals all year round.
Finally, it is strongly recommended to try all the traditional Portuguese cuisine (grilled fish, berlin cake, pastel de nata …)!

We meet on Monday evening and make a schedule for the week with activities that interest colivers (Yoga, running, surfing, etc.).

And we usually organize a BBQ on Friday evening (from spring to early autumn) when new guests arrive.

Yes of course. These professional events are organized by Hadrien, co-founder of Pomar and Product Manager.

Skillsharing:

Do you want to share your skills with other Guests? Are you good at meditation, coaching, auditing, photography, etc. and you want to share your knowledge with the other members of the house? Use our skill sharing sessions to do so!

POMAR brainstorming:

You have a new personal or professional project and you would like to have new inputs or advice. With the help of the colivers, we can crack your case during brainstorming sessions held in our coworking room.

Our cancellation conditions differ slightly depending on whether your reservation was made directly or through a platform. Direct bookings allow us greater flexibility.

Terms of cancelation

POMAR Coliving is a place dedicated to relaxation and work. To keep it that way, we cannot accommodate children in co-living.

To enjoy POMAR with your family, we offer complete home privatization solutions. Contact us and we will do our best to organize your stay at POMAR Coliving!

POMAR Coliving is a shared living space. To avoid any inconvenience to other residents, we cannot accommodate pets.

50% of the amount of your reservation must be paid when booking. The remaining 50% is to be paid on arrival. Extras and additional services are to be paid at check-in or upon booking of the service.

At POMAR, 70% of customers decide to rent a car for their stay. We recommend it if you want to explore the Algarve. Public transport in the Algarve is okay, but it takes longer and doesn't go everywhere.

We have a car and scooters available for rent for short periods (half day or day).

We offer solutions for the partial or complete privatization of the house.
