    About CO-CO

CO-CO is a co-living & co-working space located directly in Dénia on the Costa Blanca between the mountain and the sea. The Castillito offers 5 rooms with double beds, optic fiber, a 4x8m pool, and multiple workstations for workation, retreats or corporate events. Since end of 2023, it welcomes digital nomads, remote workers and professionals to become part of their community.

    Origin story

Marco and Coco, cousins, found the beautiful villa in Dénia in July 2022 while on holiday with the whole family. The idea of their own co-living & co-working space in Spain was already in the pipeline, but the fact that everything happened so quickly was not planned. After a few brief discussions, everything was finalised and in December 2022 they packed their bags and headed to the Costa Blanca in Spain.

    Community philosophy

The coliving emphasizes community as "the be all and end all" with their focus on digital nomads and remote workers. They foster an international community where people from all over the world come together to work and enjoy leisure activities, creating opportunities to make new connections, exchange ideas, and possibly find new business partners.

The space promotes shared living designed for communal living with shared spaces like kitchens, living rooms, and co-working areas designed to foster social interaction and a sense of community among residents. They offer inclusive services like utilities, housekeeping, and social events to create a sense of community, along with community events and networking opportunities through digital groups and live events.

Their approach values openness, sharing, and collaboration - a modern, urban lifestyle that supports a purpose-driven life. The community guidelines emphasize maintaining a relaxed and respectful atmosphere where everyone is welcome regardless of background, identity, or religion, with the goal of living, laughing, and enjoying good energy together.
