Community
Community is built through weekly events: in-house coffee mornings, sports and yoga activities, social nights, a weekly community dinner and sunset DJ sets on the rooftop. A Community Manager is on hand during stays to help guests and connect them with each other. The rooftop, restaurant and coworking areas are the main places where remote workers and travelers meet.

Location
Ericeira – Boavista sits in the heart of town, close to restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets. "Boa vista" means good view, and the rooftop looks over the Atlantic. Ericeira is Portugal's World Surfing Reserve, a former fishing village turned creative hub for surfers, digital nomads and remote workers. Sintra's forests are about 20 minutes inland, Lisbon is 45 minutes south, and the coastline stretches in both directions. Praia do Sul and Praia dos Pescadores are within walking distance, and the old town is picture-perfect.
