Community
Days blend work and beach life: shared-kitchen breakfasts, workouts, coworking, açaí breaks, yoga and ocean swims. Evenings gather at Pipa's sunset spots, with live music and spontaneous dinners or beach gatherings. Weekends bring coastal day trips, surfing, beach tennis and kitesurfing. Hosts, guests and the Nomadico community manager co-create a warm, grounded rhythm. The manager organizes dinners, activities, day trips and coworking sessions. Private chalets give privacy, while Mirante Sunset Bar, owned by the hosts and free to enter for guests, is the place to connect in the evening.

How it started
Local partners Gisela & Heitor loved Pipa as a holiday escape for years. In 1990 they stopped dreaming and started building a business there, first as a guesthouse and now more focused on nomads and community. Over 35 years the space grew from a bare sand dune into a forest hillside of native trees, with chalets tucked into the greenery. The hosts also own the Mirante Sunset Bar on the property.

Location
The property sits on a reforested hillside in the center of Pipa, a beach town on Brazil's northeast coast, surrounded by one of the largest green areas in town. Over 35 years the site has grown from a bare sand dune into forest filled with native trees, ocean breeze and hidden paths.
Pipa is framed by cliffs, tropical forest, warm ocean water and beaches. Temperatures stay around 25 to 30°C most of the year. The town has a social energy without feeling overdeveloped, with surfers, remote workers, Brazilian travelers and locals, plus live music most nights and plenty of cafés.
The beach and coastal cliff trails, town center, markets and pharmacies are about 5 minutes away, Praia do Amor 15 minutes, and Baía dos Golfinhos 25 minutes.
