Nomadico teamed up with Filip, one of Montenegro's coliving pioneers, who turned a seafront stone house from 1852 into a space where old-world charm meets modern nomad life, with mountain views and warm community included.

The coliving sits in the heart of Kotor's cobblestoned, walled Old Town, a UNESCO-listed medieval town between the fjord-style Bay of Kotor and dramatic mountains, with Mount Lovćen on one side. The accommodation is a restored seafront stone house from 1852, with a second house a short walk away.

Mini markets are around the corner, and cafés, bakeries and restaurants are close by. Outside peak summer the town is calm, quiet and safe, without the cruise-ship crowds. Dubrovnik, Croatia is about 2 hours away by road.
