Cle's home is part of three Nomadico homes in Florianópolis that form one community, connected through beach walks, group dinners, and spontaneous samba nights. Weekly events are co-created with everyone's ideas, and a community manager keeps the energy flowing and organizes dinners, hikes, and surf days.

Mornings might start with a surf session or coffee in the garden, afternoons bring focus time and café breaks. Weekends often mean Hawaiian canoeing, hikes to the Natural Pools and Barra Lighthouse trails, beach events such as turtle releases, and nights out with drinks and samba with the locals.

The home is in Barra da Lagoa, a cozy fishing village on the eastern shore of Florianópolis ("Ilha da Magia"), a subtropical island in southern Brazil known as one of the country's safest destinations.

The village sits between two beaches, Barra da Lagoa and Praia do Moçambique, each about a 5-minute walk away. Preserved nature surrounds the area, and the canal hosts local fishers selling their catch. The Projeto TAMAR sea turtle center is nearby, and supermarkets are a 2-minute walk from the home.
