Community

The community is creative, balanced and adventurous: calm and homey, with a family-run feel. Mornings start with everyone gathering in the kitchen for breakfast and stories from the local hosts. Days are work-focused with room for privacy, outdoor working, yoga or exploring. Evenings bring shared dinners, meals out, rooftop evenings or quieter moments, and weekends often lead to guided volcano climbs or trips to Lake Atitlán. A Nomadico community manager helps guests settle in and organizes hikes, dinners and adventures. Hosts, guests and the community manager all help co-create a welcoming, grounded atmosphere.

How it started

The home was built for the Hormander family and later evolved into a small hotel welcoming travelers from around the world. From Aug'26 it is being reshaped into a coliving, bringing the space back to its original purpose: sharing it with others, just in a more global way.
