    POMAR na Serra is a 700 square meter coliving space set in the peaceful Algarve countryside with breathtaking views of both the countryside and ocean. Located in a renovated 19th-century farmhouse within a 15-acre family apricot orchard, it offers 7 bedrooms, a large swimming pool, and multiple outdoor workspaces. The space combines countryside tranquility with modern amenities, positioned just 15 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes on foot from Estoi village.

    Origin story

    POMAR na Serra emerged from Claire and Hadrien's vision to create a meaningful life project in 2020. The story centers around a 19th-century farmhouse that had served as a religious house before becoming abandoned during the 20th century. Despite becoming a ruin over the years, the house never collapsed and had always watched over the family's apricot orchards.

    Claire, who fell in love with Portugal in 2011 while studying in Lisbon, decided to leave her agency and consulting life in Paris and Lyon to renovate this family property. After ten years in the corporate world, she "traded meetings for meaning," transforming the historic farmhouse into POMAR Coliving. The entrepreneurial and family adventure officially started in 2021, rooted in this special place that had been under their eyes for generations, watching over the orchards as carob trees and then apricot trees bloomed and bore fruit.

    Hosts
